Congratulations to Natasha Marshall for being selected as Public Administration and Policy鈥檚 MPA August Student of the Month!
Natasha is a second year MPA student that will graduate in the Spring. Before attending UGA, Natasha graduated from The University of Texas and commissioned as an active-duty Military Intelligence Officer. She has a decade of experiences as she has served at bases all over the world, deploying three times and participating in numerous NATO exercises in 17 different countries. Some of her specific interests include integrating the intelligence community and national level capabilities with local governments, and military and international policy.
Natasha is still an active-duty Army Officer and believes she is a better student, leader, and citizen because of the Military. The Army has helped support her and teach her what she is capable of, as she excels in her career and balances her work and home life as she and her husband have four children with a fifth on the way! When she graduates, she plans on applying her degree as she works within the Department of Defense and with other federal agencies.
We look forward to watching as Natasha鈥檚 career unfolds after she graduates this spring!
