Jason Carter is partner at the law firm of Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore where he represents clients in high stakes trial and appellate business litigation including business torts, class actions and other complex commercial cases. He combines a successful litigation practice with a strong commitment to public service. From 2010-2015, Jason served in the Georgia State Senate. In 2014, he was the Democratic Nominee for Governor of Georgia, receiving more than 1.1 million votes in a race that garnered substantial national attention.
Jason has been named to Georgia Trend鈥檚 list of the 100 Most Influential Georgians, and has consistently been recognized as a 鈥淩ising Star鈥� in Atlanta Magazine, a listing of the top up-and-coming attorneys in Georgia. Jason has received numerous other awards for his legal work and community service, including the Anti-Defamation League鈥檚 Stuart Eizenstat Award, and Fulton County Daily Report鈥檚 2009 鈥淥n The Rise鈥� recognition, an honor given to only 12 Georgia attorneys under the age of 40.
