Albert J. “Jason” Rother of Columbus, Georgia, is an Eagle Scout and member of the Order of the Arrow. He was selected for a summer internship at the U.S. Department of State in 2024 and is the winner of the 2025 Walter C. Dowling Award for Excellence in International Studies.
