Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration

Caitlin O’Kelley is a PhD student from Woodstock, Georgia pursuing a degree in Public Policy. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs at Kennesaw State University where she also studied Modern German Language and Culture. She then went on to earn her Master’s degree in International Social and Public Policy at the London School of Economics & Political Science. Caitlin is currently a Public Administration & Policy PhD student specializing in Local Government Administration. Her research interests include comparative rural and urban policy, land use policy, and growth management between the United States and European Union. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys classical literature, poetry, and writing.
