Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration

Gabe Kidman is a third-year Ph.D. student in Public Administration and Policy, specializing in public management, organizational behavior, human resource management, and government ethics. Gabe’s research examines how administrative systems, institutional environments, and employee attitudes shape organizational performance and public service outcomes within nonprofit and public sector organizations. Gabe previously received his Masters of Public Admininstration (MPA) at Brigham Young University were he had hundreds of hours of research experience and program evalution working for the Dean of Students. With a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies Education and 10 years worth of Teaching Assistant experience, Gabe enjoys being in the classroom as well. Currently, he is an Instructor of Record for the Introduction to Public Admininstration (PADP 3000) course here at UGA.
