Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration
Siyuan is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration & Policy at the SPIA. Before coming to UGA, he earned both his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Peking University of China. Siyuan鈥檚 research interests lie in citizen鈥搒tate interactions, with a particular focus on how public services and policies shape citizens鈥� attitudes and preferences. He is also interested in comparative public administration, especially the applicability and salience of core concepts in PA across different political contexts. Siyuan currently serves as a graduate teaching assistant for 快猫短视频 and is passionate about teaching. Outside of academia, Siyuan enjoys swimming and spending time with his family and friends.
