Anne-Marie Brook is an economist and social entrepreneur with extensive global experience, including as co-founder and trustee of the Human Rights Measurement Initiative (HRMI). At HRMI, she brought together human rights practitioners, academics, and funders to drive innovation, spearheaded the co-design of the Rights Tracker , and served as the inaugural Executive Director. Before her work in human rights, Anne-Marie was a senior economist at the OECD in Paris and in the New Zealand public sector. She holds degrees in Psychology and Economics from the University of Otago and a Masters of Public Affairs from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
