Nonresident Fellow

Dr. Molly Ariotti is an expert on African politics and security with extensive field research experience in Francophone West Africa. Dr. Ariotti is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and was an Assistant Professor at the ¿ìè¶ÌÊÓÆµâ€™s School for Public and International Affairs (2018-2022). Her research is published in leading academic journals such as Comparative Political Studies and Legislative Studies Quarterly, and she has also written white papers for the US State Department’s Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations and the Joint Special  Operations University. She received her MA and PhD from The Pennsylvania State University and her BA from Binghamton University.
