Ji Hyeun’s research agenda centers on organizational change and adaptation, bureaucratic decision-making, and the administrative performance of government agencies. Her dissertation investigates the organizational theory implications of administrative decentralization, with a focus on the field offices of state unemployment insurance programs across the American states.
